Empowering Communities Through Volunteering & Ethical Business Practices

At Next 15, volunteering is more than just giving back—it’s a mutually rewarding experience that benefits both the communities we support and our employees. Through our volunteer initiatives, we contribute time, skills, and expertise to organizations that make a real difference, while our employees gain a sense of fulfillment and personal well-being from their contributions.

In August 2021, Next 15 partnered with onHand, a London-based tech-for-good platform that connects volunteers with meaningful community projects. Our commitment to expanding volunteering efforts in the UK saw remarkable progress in FY23, with Next 15 UK employees completing 674 missions. These efforts supported organizations such as Pancreatic Cancer UK, The Youth Group, and Wandsworth Foodbank. The feedback from our volunteers has been overwhelmingly positive, reinforcing our belief that volunteering strengthens both society and our workplace culture.

Building on this success, we launched our first onHand volunteering pilot in the US during FY23, starting with the Next 15 US Central Team. As we continue to refine and expand this program, our goal is to enroll all Next 15 US brands by FY24, further extending our global impact.

Commitment to Ethical Procurement

Beyond volunteering, ethical business practices are a core value at Next 15. We recognize that our suppliers play a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations, which is why we prioritize long-term, fair, and collaborative relationships with partners who share our ethical standards. Our commitment to fairness extends to our financial practices—we ensure all suppliers are paid within 30 days, reinforcing our dedication to responsible business conduct.

At Next 15, we believe that a responsible company is one that uplifts its people, its partners, and its community. Through volunteering and ethical business practices, we are shaping a future where corporate success goes hand in hand with social good. 🌍
