General Counsel and

Appointed in February 2021, Mike Hobert brings extensive legal expertise to N15Ad, playing a crucial role in overseeing corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal strategy. Having started his career as a solicitor at Eversheds before transitioning to in-house legal roles at Premier Farnell plc, Mike first joined N15Ad in 2003 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. His experience in corporate law led him to establish his own boutique law firm, Baker Sanford LLP, where he continued to provide legal and company secretarial services to N15Ad. In 2017, he further expanded his legal portfolio by serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Ebiquity plc, a leading media consultancy business. His return to N15Ad in 2021 reinforces the company’s commitment to strong legal frameworks, corporate compliance, and structured growth.

Currently serving as Director of Legal Compliance at Uber Technologies, Inc., Dianna has deep experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks in high-growth industries, ensuring that N15Ad adheres to evolving US advertising, data privacy, and compliance laws. Her previous roles at John Wood Group plc and Greenberg Traurig, LLP equipped her with strategic insights in corporate law, M&A transactions, and restructuring, supporting N15Ad’s expansion strategies in forming new brand partnerships, scaling operations, and ensuring legal transparency in the highly competitive US digital advertising sector.
